How do I book a golf tee time?
Booking is easy. Choose the golf course you would like to play, select your preferred date, tee time and number of players, and complete your booking online.
Some of our golf courses offer live, real-time tee time availability, while others are booked on request directly with the golf course.
Are the tee times shown on your website live?
Many of them are!
We work with golf courses throughout Mexico using several different reservation systems.
Live Real Tee Times:
When a tee time is shown as Live, the availability is connected directly to the golf course's reservation system.
Tee Time Requests:
Some golf courses do not provide live online inventory. For these courses, you can select your preferred tee time and submit your booking request. Our golf specialists will contact the course directly to secure your reservation.
If your requested time is unavailable, we will contact you with the closest available alternatives.
How will I know when my tee time is confirmed?
Once your tee time is confirmed, you will receive your golf confirmation/e-ticket by email.
For request-based reservations, your booking is not considered confirmed until the golf course has confirmed the tee time and we have sent you your confirmation.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your confirmation email.
What if the tee time I requested is unavailable?
No problem. If the golf course cannot accommodate your requested tee time, one of our golf specialists will contact you with the closest available tee times or other options.
We work with many of Mexico's leading golf courses and will do our best to find an option that works for you.
What is included with my golf tee time?
Most golf reservations include:
- 18 holes of golf
- Shared golf cart
- Use of the practice facilities
- Range balls at most courses
- Bottled water at select courses

How much can I save with Golf Mexico Tee Times?
Our negotiated golf rates can save golfers significantly compared with regular golf course rates, with savings varying by course, date and tee time.

Do you charge a booking fee?
No. There is no booking fee to reserve online or with one of our golf specialists.
We negotiate preferred rates directly with our golf course partners so we can offer golfers excellent value.

Availability varies by golf course, date and time.
Some courses may sell out during busy periods, tournaments, holidays or high season. If your preferred course or tee time is unavailable, our golf specialists will be happy to help you find another option.

Can I book nine holes?
A limited number of golf courses offer nine-hole rates.
If available, the nine-hole option will be displayed on the golf course page or you can contact us for assistance.
How do I cancel a golf reservation?
To cancel a confirmed golf reservation, please contact Golf Mexico Tee Times by phone or through our Contact Us page.

What is your cancellation policy?
Once a reservation has been booked, a 15% processing fee applies to cancellations.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the confirmed tee time are non-refundable.
Exceptions: Nicklaus Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta & Norman Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta - Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to confirmed tee time are NON-REFUNDABLE, Cancellations made 3 days to 8 days in advance of the schedule play will be charged a 50% penalty.
Can I change my tee time?
Yes, subject to golf course availability.
There is generally no fee to change a tee time when the change is requested before the applicable cancellation period.
Changes requested within the cancellation period may be subject to the golf course's cancellation or modification policy.
What happens if it rains?
Golf is generally played rain or shine.
If the golf course remains open, golfers are expected to arrive for their scheduled tee time. If the course closes or determines that conditions are unsafe, rain checks or other accommodations are handled according to the individual golf course's weather policy.
Brief rain showers or temporary weather delays generally do not qualify for refunds.
